Keene Farm and Cottages is family oriented, so please respect this along with other guests.

All guests must sign a waiver form that releases Keene Farm & Cottages of any liability involved with accident or injury while visiting.  You may arrive at your cottage after 1:00 PM.  Please vacate your cottage by 11:00 AM on the day of check-out. 

Children:  Children are welcome at Keene Farm & Cottages, but must be supervised at all times.

Smoking:  Smoking is not permitted inside the cottages.

Reservations & Deposits:  Reservations are accepted with a 20% deposit.  All other stays are on a first-come basis.  The deposit obligates both Keene Farm & Cottages and guest for the entire time of the reservation stay.

Cancellation & Refunds:  In the event of cancellation, deposits will be refunded for stays of 2 nights or less if cancellation is made at least 3 days before your visit, and for stays of more than 2 nights, your deposit will be refunded if your cancellation is made at least 7 days before your visit.

Items Provided:  Linens, towels, and basic kitchen supplies are provided in our cottages.  The following are also provided:  horseshoes, snow tubes, firewood, and gas grills.

Suggested Items to Bring With You:  Bug spray, sunscreen, charcoal and lighter fluid, hiking boots/shoes, binoculars, camera and bicycles.
