Additional Person Fee: For each additional guest over the age of 12 years old, there will be a cost of $10 per person, per night. (Family reunion rates are negotiable).

Housekeeping Fee: Our housekeeping services fee is $20 per day. Arrangements for this service must be made prior to your arrival.

Meal Service Fee: If you would like an old-fashioned, country-style, home cooked meal we will do our best to accommodate you. Again, arrangements for this service must be made prior to your arrival.

Pet Fee: Pets are allowed in the basements. We also offer a kennel service to our guests at a cost of $10 per day, per pet. We reserve the right to restrict the number of pets at each cottage.

Horse Stall Fee: There is a $15 per day charge for a horse stall and pasture, with grain feeding available for an additional charge.

Bicycle Rental Fee: Mountain bikes are available at a rate of $10 per day.

ATV Rental Fee: All Terrain Vehicles are available at a rate of $50 per day, not including fuel.
