3 bedroom, 1 bath, 3 walk-in closets, large living room and kitchen, wrap around decks, covered front porch, garage, storage shed, ceiling fans, central ac/heat, basement with wood/coal stove for backup heat. This cottage sits on a private lot with lots of landscaping, and is surrounded by meadow fields.

Rates:
Nightly - $75 per night up to four people, and $10 per person, per night over four.
Weekly - $450 up to four people, and $10 per person, per week over four.
Monthly - $1,200 up to four people, and $10 per person, per month over four.
Yearly Lease - $650 Monthly.

Helen's Cottage

3 bedroom, 1 bath, living room and kitchen, wrap around deck, covered front porch, and electric heat. This cottage is totally private with a large yard, and is surrounded by mountain trails and forests.

Rates:
Nightly - $65 per night up to four people, and $10 per person, per night over four.
Weekly - $400 up to four people, and $25 per person, per week over four.
Monthly - $1,000 up to four people, and $50 per person, per month over four.
Yearly Lease - $500 Monthly.

Cottages are equipped with: linens, towels, kitchen supplies, microwave, toaster, iron/ironing board, coffee maker, TV, and DVD/VCR.
